Gwyneth Paltrow clears a few things up

Gwyneth Paltrow wants to set the record straight on a few misconceptions about her. The actress/singer spoke to Ladies Home Journal in the latest issue.

Numero uno – she’s not uptight. “I’ve got this ice-blonde reputation and that’s just not me. I do silly things in public all the time,’’ said the Oscar winner who’s guested on Saturday Night Live and Glee.

And another thing – Paltrow, whose new cookbook is called My Father’s Daughter: Delicious, Easy Recipes Celebrating Family & Togetherness, isn’t naturally thin. “I was at a party having dinner next to Mario Batali,’’ she reveals, “and he was like, You’re the only person I know who eats more than me.”
