Dining Friday night, ex-New York Yankee Johnny Damon at Prime One Twelve. A few tables away, Pro Bowl defensive end Julius Peppers of the Chicago Bears was celebrating a win against the Dolphins. Earlier, Peppers was seen sitting courtside at the Heat game.

Rapper/producer Pharrell spent his Friday night at Smoke’t BBQ in South Miami where he was seen chowing on BBQ-themed sushi rolls including the “Red Neck Sushi Roll” while watching a performance by a new artist he recently signed, Chris Cab. Cab, a 17-year-old senior at Columbus High School, was signed to Pharrell’s record label Stark Track Entertainment a few months ago.

On Sunday night, Chris Bosh hosted the first annual Chris Bosh Home Strong Celebrity Gala to raise money for Pat Riley’s Home Strong Charity, which provides service to returning troops and supports existing nonprofit veterans programs. Heat president Pat Riley and his wife Chris, team owners Mickey and Madeleine Arison, FIU basketball coach Isiah Thomas, Heat player Juwan Howard, singer Deborah Cox, über producer Timbaland and almost 300 others attended to show support for Bosh and Home Strong.
