Attend a Miami Vice discussion

Old enough to remember the days of Miami Vice? The Miami Herald and the Miami Design Preservation League will hold a community conversation on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at the Miami Design Preservation League, 1001 Ocean Dr. “The Vice Effect: How a Hit TV Show Changed Miami” will include panelists Michael Kinerk, Miami Beach architectural expert and author of several books on Art Deco architecture; Barbara Hulanicki, renowned British fashion designer and interior designer for the Marlin Hotel and several other Miami Beach hotels; and Lori Wyman, Emmy-nominated casting director for Vice, Burn Notice and The Glades.
