Miami Heat star Udonis Haslem is a gambling man
"I'm a great bluff guy," said the Miami Senior High grad. "I go all in. The game face is on."

For such a big man, Udonis Haslem isn't full of himself at all. Don't expect to see him out with an entourage or hangers-on.
"I don't have bodyguards or anything like that," the Miami Heat star said at his foundation's annual fundraiser at the Fairmont Turnberry Isle Resort Saturday night. "I don't want kids or anybody to feel intimidated when they see me. I always want to feel that I can be approached."
That is, unless he's at the poker table.
The sometime gambler decided to change things up this year for the Denim & Diamonds party (where proceeds went to the Udonis Haslem Children’s Foundation, helping at-risk youth). The entertainment: tunes by the Heat's DJ Irie and a casino set up in the Grand Ballroom.
"I'm a great bluff guy," said the Miami Senior High grad. "I go all in. The game face is on."
The evening's dress code: upscale rodeo. So guests like Dwyane Wade showed up in jeans.
"Usually we do the suit and tie thing," said Haslem, "but this year we wanted to have some fun."
