Attic Party
When: Oct. 29, 10 p.m.
Where: Patpong, 1661 Meridian Ave., Miami Beach
Admission: no cover
Celebrate with industry pros at Patpong's Attic Party with music by DJ Mikey, $7 cocktails from 10-11 p.m. and $100 bottles. Best male and female costumes win a bottle.

Mardi Gras Casino Halloween Costume Contest
Wednesday, Oct. 30, 8:30 p.m.
Where: 831 North Federal Highway
Dress in your scariest or most creative costume and get to Mardi Gras Casino with $4,500 in cash and bonus play awarded for the winning costumes. Then enjoy a special performance by the headless dancers of New Century Dance Company. Note: Must be a Players’ Club member to participate. Register through Oct. 28

The Black Swan Halloween Edition

Baoli's ongoing party, My Boyfriend is Out of Town, hosts a Black Swan themed Halloween bash that will blend the creepy elegance of the Black Swan with the high energy of the South Beach hot spot's weekly party. Ladies must come decked out in full ballet regalia, gents should get dolled up in black tie attire.

The freaks are on parade on Lincoln Road Halloween night. Find a spot to people watch and hope you don't get bitten by a zombie. 

Halloween Fright Night
Thursday, October 31, 8 p.m. to midnight.
Where: Zoo Miami, 12400 SW 152nd St., Miami
Admission: $12 per person.
Geared for young adults (ages 15 and older), this event features Dr. Wilde’s Creepy House, a live band and DJ at the Zombie Lounge and Plaza of Torment. Bloody wine, beer and tasty bites will be available for purchase. Costumes are encouraged.

All Hallow's Eve at the Delano
When: Oct. 31, 9 p.m.
Where: 1685 Collins Ave., Miami Beach

Head to the Delano for a two-part horror show. Start the fun at the Delano Beach Club, where revelers will enjoy an eclectic mix of house, deep house, R&B, and hip-hop from DJ Tito at the All Gold Everything poolside party. Later, patrons will be welcomed to the haunted house at FDR at Delano after the poolside madness where the party will continue and prizes for the best costume will be awarded. 

Halloween at Mansion
When: Oct. 31, 11 p.m.
Where: 1235 Washington Ave., Miami Beach
Admission: $20 at
Halloween Night will be run by DJ Rony Seikaly, the NBA star turned DJ, as Mansion is transformed into a house of thrills and terror.

Pimps & Hoes Ball
When: Oct. 31, 11 p.m.
Where: SET, 320 Lincoln Rd., Miami Beach
Admission: $30 at
The costume choices are easy for this party; either you get decked out like Dolamite or you throw on some fishnets and a mini skirt. Got it? Prizes and VIP treatment to those who bring their A-game.

When it comes to adult trick or treating there's only two words that will excite many: Veuve Clicquot. The chichi champers is throwing a big post Halloween happy hour, Yelloween from 6 p.m. until 11 p.m. with host Elaine Lancaster. Yelloween will feature the retro fab musical stylings of Black Mary, who also goes by the name Maxwell Blandford. A costume contest will offer cash, food and Veuve prizes.

Party on the Plaza Masquerade
When: Nov. 1, 7-11:30 p.m.
Where: Coral Gables Museum, 285 Aragon Ave., Coral Gables
Admission: $40 in advance, $50 at the door
Young Associates of Coral Gables Museum host their Third Annual Party on the Plaza Masquerade, an enchanted evening of masked revelry with cocktails, art, bites from local restaurants, music by DJ Blaze Carreras, a special dance performance by Stephanie Mas and rhythmic accompaniment from Carlos Saballos and Javier Rosales.

Halloween Sh!t Show
When: Oct. 31, 11 p.m.
Where: LIV, 4441 Collins Ave., Miami Beach
Admission: $40-$60
Cedric Gervais hosts the House of Horrors edition of his Sh!t Show party along with music by Nick Hogan and Mednas.


Not So Scary Haunted House at Miami Children’s Museum
Oct. 21 – Oct. 31
Where: Miami Children’s Museum, 980 MacArthur Causeway, Miami
Admission: $16 for adults and children, $12 for Florida Residents, free for children under 1 year and admission for Members is complimentary.
The family friendly 2,500 square foot Haunted House can be as scary as you want it to be, and features its own 7-foot Baby T-Rex along with its collection of clowns, zombies and haunting music and sounds. The Baby T-Rex, the only life-like dinosaur in South Florida that moves under its own power, is part of the Museum’s Dino Island exhibit.  The Haunted House also includes: Spooky clowns, Zombie babies, Pirates, a Dino Graveyard, hay bales and pumpkin patch area, and a trick or treat area! All with scary sounds effects and live actors hiding around every corner!

Zoo Boo!
Saturday, Oct. 26 and Sunday, Oct. 27, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Where: Zoo Miami, 12400 SW 152nd St., Miami
Admission: Included with zoo admission
Families and kids ages 12 and under are invited to trick-or-treat in costumes, participate in costume contests, watch special performances, make Halloween crafts, see the wild animals get their Halloween goodies, and more. Music and games with fun prizes will be provided by Radio Disney AM 990 and The Coast 97.3 FM.

Monster Splash Daytime Splash & Nighttime Bash
When: Oct. 31,  2 -10 p.m.
  Miami Seaquarium, 4400 Rickenbacker Causeway  Key Biscayne
Admission: Admission for the Daytime Splash is $39.95, $29.95 for children (ages 3-9). Special admission price for the Nighttime Bash is only $24.95 plus tax after 5 p.m. for adults, and $19.95 plus tax for children (ages 3 to 12 years) after 5 p.m.
Miami Seaquarium's Monster Splash Daytime Splash & Nighttime Bash is a safe Halloween alternative for kids and their families with Halloween-themed marine animal shows like Superheroes Killer Whale Show, Flipper’s Thrills and Chills, Finding Nemo sea lion show along with the splashy fun of the Swashbuckling Pirate Top Deck dolphin show.

Halloween at Dolphin Mall
When: Oct. 31, 5:30-9:30 p.m.
Where: 11401 NW 12th St, Miami
Admission: Free
The Dolphin Mall hosts its annual “Spooktacular,” a special celebration featuring fun and entertainment for the entire family with sing-alongs, live music, fun games, face painters and balloon artists throughout the mall. Costumed guests can even trick-or-treat throughout the mall for delicious goodies. Kids wearing their best costumes can also participate in one of three costume contests for ages 3 years and younger, ages 4 to 8, and ages 9 to 12.


Dr. Wilde’s Creepy House
When: Oct. 17 - 31, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Where: Zoo Miami, 12400 SW 152nd St., Miami
Admission: $5 per person
A full-scale haunted house with live actors. Roaches take over the kitchen while cats take over the home of a deceased grandma.  What will you find when the freezer defrosts – a zookeeper or two perhaps?

House of Horror Amusement Park
When: Through Nov. 3, Mondays – Thursdays, 6 p.m. to 11 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays, 5 p.m. to midnight; and Sundays, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: Miami International Mall, 1455 NW 107th Ave., Doral
Admission: $23 for adults, $15 for children (ages 6 and under). Ticket includes unlimited rides, circus, concerts, and one (1) entry into the Haunted House except for children ages 6 and under.
With over 30 themed rooms and featuring, for their first appearance in South Florida, Hulk Hogan’s MCW (Microchip Championship Wrestling), a unique experience made up of a troupe of midget athletes in fun and exciting wrestling matches that will captivate and entertain all attendees. Over 20 dazzling amusement rides, carnival games and food, and a high-flying full circus. Small children will delight in the kiddy rides and the clowns and roaming characters around the park.

Las Olas Festival of Souls “Terror at the Riverfront”
When: Through Nov. 1, Thursday – Sunday, 7:30 p.m. - midnight
Where: 300 SW 1st Ave., Fort Lauderdale
Admission: $15 - $35 at
This year features the Demon Mansion (a 10,500 sq. ft. Haunted House), the Pitch Black Maze (6,800 sq. ft.) and a Live Zombie Paintball shoot (2,000 sq. ft.) featuring real live Zombies.
