Fine dining and “modern European cuisine” arrive on Ocean Drive this month as Miami Beach Caffé and Restaurant opens on South Beach. The restaurant pairs fine dining with molecular gastronomy from owner and Prague native Tomas Johanovsky and executive chef Ludek Munzar (Fish Market in Prague).
