Your newest blog hit home! This is your Mom. There are 2 sides to every story.  I didn't really want to go to those other stores.  I just thought I would try not to be (for once) the helicopter mom that I've always been.  I went to the home decor stores to perhaps find something for the bathroom Dad has been remodeling for 2 years. That gave you a chance to shop without me breathing down your neck.  Oh, by the way, I do like Usher. 

I went to put change in the meter because I knew it had expired.  I wasn't going to mention it but there was an $18 ticket already on the SUV.  It was a long walk back to Urban Outfitters so I said I would meet you at Pottery Barn, located much closer to the car.

 Let's rewind and do the Father's Day shopping trip all over again.  I want it to be like the olden days. I also promise to never give you Harry & David pears, no matter how grown up you are!
