The interior style of the restaurant features warm amber lighting, earthy colors, soft, rich fabrics and beautifully appointed furniture, with a panoramic view of the lushly landscaped central garden which anchors the space. The majestic, candle-light garden features, night blooming jasmine trees, towering bamboo reeds, flowing fountains and a-one-of-a-kind, stunning art nouveau mosaic which presides over the diners and sets the tone for a splendid evening under the stars. With private cabanas, cozy communal seating, and outdoor banquettes, the garden is ideal for group gatherings or intimate dining for two. The restaurant also features an airy upstairs bar and lounge which opens onto the garden. A private dining space is also available in the wine cellar, creating an exclusive, VIP dining experience.

Maison d’Azur is passionate about the quality and choice of their ingredients. The restaurant has created a “market” in front of their open kitchen, displaying all the fresh fish on ice and allowing guests to see and choose their fish before being cooked. Maison flies in their ingredients from around the world, for unparalleled freshness and variety. They go to great extents to search out small, family owned, suppliers of extremely fine and rare ingredients.

The wine list is composed by the restaurant’s Director of Operations who has received the Wine Spectators Award consistently since 2000. The restaurant will showcase French & American wines with some Spanish, Chilean and Argentinean ‘guest appearances’. Most of the wines featured will be rare “boutique” items, allowing the restaurant to offer the best values in their price ranges.
