Did Enrique finally take it all off?

Enrique Iglesias manned up; after all, like he said, a bet's a bet (he vowed to waterski naked on Biscayne Bay if his native Spain won the World Cup).

Extremely choppy footage on TMZ.com shows a nude man, reportedly Iglesias, zooming along in the dark. You can hear wind rushing, guys laughing and something that sounds like a vuvuzela in the background.

Iglesias' reps would neither confirm nor deny the stunt, just saying he was in town at the time of the footage, shot at the end of July.

Local cops weren't happy to hear about his birthday suit adventure, as it is indecent exposure after all. But no worries -- only
Enrique's buds bore witness.
