Lacoste celebrates the Beauty of the Game
In the competitive spirit
8/7/2012
We're in the middle of the Olympics, the world's biggest sporting event. No time like the present to introduce a new fragrance. Lacoste has released the new limited edition Beauty of the Game version of their bestseller Eau de Lacoste L.12.12 Blanc. It's inspired by1920s Grand Slam champ and creator Rene Lacoste's vision and the preppy white shirt that hangs in most guys' closets.
The outer carton features 10 iconic crocodiles - the famed brand's logo - that embodies flags from everywhere. Think Spain, France, Argentina, Australia, UK, Brazil, Japan, Germany and South Africa. Top notes are fresh and woody - an herbal blend of graprefruit, rosemary, cardamom and cedar. Then comes the masculine heart with floral hints like natural tuberose and ylang ylang. The base notes merge cedarwood with vetiver. The result is timeless.
