Saucisson sec, country pate and other high quality, authentic charcuterie; garnishes (including lettuce, tomato, cukes, onion, green peppers, chiles, olives and imported cornichons) generous enough to constitute a salad; mouthwatering mustard vinaigrette dressing; fresh, crusty baguettes to enclose all the above ... Even during hours when other restaurants are open, the sandwiches at this humble French eatery, which has outdoor counter-seating only, are among the best in town. At 3 a.m., after a hard night’s clubbing, they’re a miracle.
Unbeatable for post-cocktail food. The cheese sandwich with everything except mayo is brilliant!!!!! Love those cornichons.
