It’s one of those only-in-Miami concepts: Hire an AIA award-winning Arquitectonica alum architect to design a neighborhood car wash that doubles as a tapas/wine bar and outdoor art exhibition space. Handwashing and detailing takes at least an hour, but the time passes painlessly over organic boutique wines, artisan beers (including high-alcohol Belgian brews) and elegant finger food ranging from an assortment of imported olives to imaginative baguette sandwiches for both carnivores (jambon Serrano and St. Andre cheese) and vegetarians (brie, walnuts and honey).
