pulling a Tony Parker? (That's the new phrase for texting behind a loved one's back.)

The singer has denied cheating on his longtime girlfriend Jessica Biel (seriously, who in his right mind would?), but new reports peg him yet again to Perfect Couples star Olivia Munn.

Life & Style reports that an insider told the mag that Munn was showing her phone to friends, and some recent texts from Timberlake ``popped up.''

One read: ``My relationship is basically over,'' the insider dished. Another said: ``I'm thinking about you.''

If the story is true, we have to wonder: When will these men learn? Even if the relationship isn't physical, sending someone longing messages still stings. Just ask Eva Longoria.

The former 'N Sync singer is still pretty young -- he turns 29 Jan. 31 -- and booting up his acting career (The Social Network). Maybe it's time to have a little fun. Then why not break up with Jessica first?

ROCKER SENTENCED

Motley Crue singer Vince Neil is taking a plea deal that will get him two weeks of jail time plus two weeks of house arrest for driving drunk near the Las Vegas Strip.

According to the AP, the Skating with the Stars contestant, 49, agreed to plead guilty to misdemeanor driving under the influence stemming from his arrest last June.

In 1984, Neil lost control of his car while drunk and hit an oncoming car, seriously injuring the occupants. The rocker's passenger, Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas Dingley, was killed. Neil was charged with vehicular manslaughter and served 15 days.

SINGER'S STATUS

In related news, David Cassidy is expected to enter a plea of guilty or no contest following a drunken driving charge.

The former Partridge Family star -- who has a home in Fort Lauderdale -- was arrested Nov. 3 after cops said they spotted his car weaving near Fort Pierce, and he failed a field sobriety test.
