If we didn't know any better, we'd think Pubbelly was a member of the continuously expanding 19 kids and counting Duggar family, spitting newbies out faster than you can say EPT. And at 7 p.m. Wednesday, November 20, you can be the first to preview L'echon Brasserie, the newest newbie, not yet born, but arriving soon at the Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Hotel, at the fifth installment of The Hidden Kitchen Workshop. Uninvited food fans can get tickets ($95 per person with a $20 wine/cocktail pairing) today, November 18, during a very small window of 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at  http://www.strategichospitality.net/hidden-kitchen-workshop-tickets.
