Jean-Georges arrives in Miami with J&G Grill at the St Regis Bal Harbour

Jean-Georges has arrived in the Magic City. The acclaimed French chef delivers a "comfortable yet elegant hideaway" to the sparkling new St Regis Bal Harbour. J&G Grill promises a "curated selection" of Vongerichten's greatest appetizers, sides and accompaniments paired with high quality meats and seafood. Sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows and a muted zen vibe pair with a menu blending American, French and Asian influences. Urban Daddy calls J&G "your beachside, celebrity-chef-guided, dinner dating pleasure" and notes that black truffle pizza and kumquat mojitos will be on the still-being-finalized menu. Eater notes that this is Jean-Georges's second J&G Grill, following a 2009 opening in Park City, UT.

UPDATE - J&G Grill has released a sneak peak at its menu. Look for cucumber martinis, Florida hearts of palm salad, Peekytoe crab cake, black truffle pizzas, roaster grouper, grilled veal chop and black truffle cheese fritters.
