Color blocking, ethnic prints, neon hues and hi low dresses are a few of the hot trends for Spring. Miami Chic is on the hunt for boutiques carrying Spring essentials and ISA Boutique in Midtown is one those stores with the best selection of dresses and accessories. We headed out there and picked out our 3 favorite tops looks, styled model Izabel Sophia in them and teamed up with photographer Tomas Loewy to bring you these key pieces.
