Indian Cooking at Azul at the Mandarin Oriental 

Azul's monthly cooking seminar starring Chef Clay Conley focuses its attention on Indian-inspired cuisine this month. In each class, Chef Conley shares tips and shows students how to prepare a gourmet lunch in the marble-clad open kitchen of Azul. The menu is paired with premium wines by sommelier Cynthia Betancourt.
