Break out the guacamole - haute Mexican outpost Rosa Mexicano is opening on the Beach this week (Tuesday, March 1). Located in the increasingly popular 1111 Lincoln Road building, Rosa Mexicano pairs chic cocktails (pomegranate margaritas & a DIY Bloody Mary cart) with highbrow Mexican eats (guacamole en molcajete prepared tableside, tacos de panza de puerco, carne asada). Dine indoors or out for lunch, dinner or brunch and expect a scene – the Manhattan-based restaurant group knows how to throw a party. The Lincoln Road restaurant marks Rosa Mexicano’s second location in the Magic City – its Brickell location stands strong in Mary Brickell Village.
