A bit of extra star power arrives on South Beach as actor and Halle Berry’s boyfriend Oliver Martinez partners with Jean-Philippe Bernard and Michael Martin to open Villa Azur Restaurant & Lounge in March. The 6,000-square-foot space on 23 street channels the South of France with Mediterranean dishes like rigatoni with a morels mushroom sauce, bouillabaisse casserole and seared scallops.
