You aren't officially open until you have a Grand Opening Soiree, just as our friends at Andu are planning for June 26th. Guests will enjoy gourmet grilling and mojitos on the veranda, passed hors d’oeuvres from executive chef Nate Martin and Andu’s delicious signature cocktails. DJ Speck, formerly with Spam Allstars, will lead a four piece band and provide his signature mix of sexy international lounge, electronic jazz and deep soul. Also there will be special displays from Norwegian glass blower Terje Lundaas, who created the glass bubbles for Andu’s decor, a magnificent ice sculpture vodka and caviar bar and specially prepared gift bags of homemade almond nougat candies. RSVP, my friend, or you are not getting in to this exclusive party.
