Get an early taste of Swine Southern Table & Bar (coming to the Gables this fall) as chef Kenny Gilbert helms the kitchen at Yardbird's Midnight Chef's Table Series Friday, Aug 31. Menu is tbd, but expect heritage-bred pork, locally sourced ingredients & a hefty bourbon or two. Invest $55 and enjoy a welcome drink, an after dinner cocktail & a family-style feast. The complete Midnight Chef's Table Series line-up includes:
- Riesling Dinner: 3 pours with Riesling paired dishes, $55/person - August 10
