- Free Yoga! -
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday, bring your body, a towel and some water for some yoga in the park. It's held outdoors by the bay and taught by a certified instructor. You must be 18 or older and a little early - the instructor will determine when the class is full.

- Trapeze classes -
Try Trapeze. I did, and it was oh so fun. Wear appropriate clothing, though - which means exercise attire. Classes for all levels are available, and you can also book these folks for a party. The trapeze is located in the center of the park, just south of Bayfront Arena.
W, Th & Fr - 7-9 p.m.
Sat & Sun - 4-6 p.m. and 7-9 p.m.

- Downtown Athletic Club's Latin Dance Class -
Every Tuesday from 6:30-7:30, get professional dance lessons from Yazzy Giraldo for only $8. It all takes place at the Tina Hills Pavilion.

- Downtown Athletic Club's Boot Camp -
Not in the mood for yoga? Try something a bit more intense, then, at this Boot Camp. It's taught by sergeants Janice Muller and Isaac Saiz and takes place at the Tina Hills pavilion every Saturday from 8:45-9:45 (be present at 8:30 and bring plenty of water for your morning workout). And it's only $8.
