Midtown goes French Monday (Jan 7) as George-Eric Farge (George's South Miami & Coconut Grove) opens George’s Kitchen. Billed as a combination of "great food and nightlife," George’s Kitchen will be overseen by Michelin-starred executive chef Steven Rojas. Look for a contemporary & upscale fusion of French and Spanish techniques. Menu highlights include diver scallop & grilled pork cheek duo, short rib tartare and kabucha squash agnollotti.
The 2,000-square-foot dining room will seat 100 and be outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows, an expose kitchen and a custom-made Bisazza mosaic installation described as an abstract representation of George’s face. Head upstairs to The Loft at George’s Kitchen, an lounge featuring a bar, tapas menu and seating for 100.
