Fort Lauderdale's Sunfish Grill salutes the summer staycation with four new, limited edition a la carte menus showcasing the "epicurean" cities of Anchorage, Honolulu, Sante Fe & Memphis.
- Anchorage: Feast on smoked trout, Alaskan halibut and Eskimo pie June 5-9
- Honolulu: Indulge in ahi tuna poke wontons, Pacific mahi mahi and white chocolate macadamia nut cake from June 19-23
- Santa Fe: Bite into rock shrimp tostadas and crispy salmon fish tacos June 26-30
- Memphis: Enjoy BBQ and wild mushroom quesadillas, BBQ salmon and Tennessee whiskey cake July 3-7
