Fontainebleau Miami Beach welcomes 2013 with the launch of its Cellar 1954 wine dinner series. The monthly event will pair wines & winemakers (think Dom Perignon, Kosta Browne & Penfold) with signature cuisine in celebrating the year the hotel originally opened.
