Bite into Sunday brunch and Gotham Steak 2.0 at the Fontainebleau this summer

The brasserie meets Sunday brunch this month as Vida rolls out its weekly Sunday feast. Available Sundays from 10am-3pm, the brunch features several stations including omelet (baked eggs, French toast), rotisserie (prime rib, lobster thermidor), sauté (pesto orzo, duck confit), torta (croque monsieur, Spanish meatball), crustacean (ceviche, shrimp cocktail), charcuterie and dessert (pictured). $59 per adult, $29.50 for kids 4-12, free for kids under 4. 305-538-2000

Gotham Steak revamps its upper floor this season with the launch of the Lounge at Gotham Steak. The more casual dining and lounge space features a house DJ, low key décor and a new menu created by Alfred Portale. The Lounge menu features small plates (hamachi sashimi and pate de Champagne) appetizers (Maine lobster bisque and chopped salad) burgers, main dishes like  (beef, lamb), main plates (Berkshire pork ribs and grilled lamb chops) and desserts (cream-filled doughnuts).
