Kris Wessel's much buzzed about South Beach return kicks off next week as Florida Cookery opens at The James Royal Palm Hotel on Nov 1. Billed as an authentic Floridian menu, the restaurant boasts an eclectic menu featuring corvina ceviche, guanabana glazed ribs, alligator empanadas, cast iron frog legs, Florida quail, braised oxtail and wild boar chops.
