Executive chef David Sloane shares the scoop about the tradition of Mexican-style ice cream and how to make flavors at home. Guests will learn how to create and then savor festival favorites such as Camino Rocoso, a Mexican twist on Rocky Road with white coffee ice cream, Mexican chocolate chips, chocolate marshmallow swirl and toasted almonds.
