Johnson & Wales University is honoring chef Kevin Sbraga (Top Chef Season 7 winner) as a distinguished visiting chef with a public dinner Friday, April 1 at its North Miami campus. Guests will enjoy a pre-dinner reception and a four-course meal featuring Sous vide chicken, fish & chips and a banana split crowned with strawberry confection, chocolate ganache and pineapple. $85 per person, proceeds benefit the University’s College of Culinary Arts.
