Artisan cheese, salads and sandwiches arrive in Pinecrest this weekend as The Cheese Course celebrates its grand opening Friday & Saturday. Feast on complimentary cheese tastings Friday from 6-9pm and Saturday from 1-4pm. The shop features 150 types of imported cheeses, a 40-item bistro menu and a market stocked with utensils and cookbooks. 113344 S Dixie Hwy, Pinecrest
