It’s Italy vs. France Monday night when Angelo Elia of Casa D’Angelo and Jean Pierre of Jean Pierre’s Cooking School meet in their fourth annual cook-off at Casa D’Angelo, 1201 N. Federal Hwy. The four-course cooking demonstration and dinner will include two appetizers, two fish dishes, two meats and two desserts paired with French and Italian wines. Cost is $145 plus tax and tip; reserve at 954-564-1234.
