- Azul presents a four-course themed feast featuring “longevity” (quail consommé with long noodles), “good luck & fortune” (fresh eater eel & foie gras), “abundance and wealth” (steamed local fish & scallop mousse) and “togetherness” (chocolagte dragon ball, soft almond cake & black tea ice cream). Guests are also invited to a 7pm poolside champagne reception featuring lion dance performances, Asian ribbon dancers and Chinese calligraphy demonstrations. $135 per person. 500 Brickell Key Dr, Miami; 305-913-8358
