Fashion Walk Series Kicks Off

This Wednesday The Village at Gulfstream Park kicks off its Fashion Walk. The free monthly event series supports LIVELONG benefitting the LIVESTRONG race whose mission it is to raise funds for the Lance Armstrong Foundation and Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital Pediatric Cancer Wing. Fashion Walk will feature complimentary food and drinks, fashion presentations, live music, indoor surfing demonstrations and giveaways. Participating shops include Aquashop, Blu Ice, Charming Charlie, Martier, Pacific Paradise and Swimland. Participating locations will donate at least 15 percent of the night’s sales to benefit Lance Armstrong Foundation.

Schedule for Fashion Walk:

6PM – 7PM: FlowRider (indoor surfing) demonstrations and informal modeling at Aquashop

7PM – 8PM: Robert Knyper designer trunk show and meet and greet with complimentary sushi and sake from Blu Sushi at Blue Ice

8PM – 9PM: Fashion show featuring styles from Martier, Gabriel & Ko and Pacific Paradise with cocktails and hors d’oeuvres from Caffe Martier
