Attention The Falls fanatics: The Falls is pleased to announce an exciting array of new retailers joining the property this Spring, as well as expansions and relocations of some of the Center’s most popular stores. Michael Kors, Love Culture and LoveSac will join the Center mix, while Soma Intimates, Swim ‘N Sport, Traffic and Victoria’s Secret will expand or relocate within the Center.
Michael Kors, the leading American fashion designer for women and men sportswear will make its debut in June and will be located in Center Court, adjacent to Talbots. The 2,300 square-foot store will offer visitors the jet-set lifestyle in luxury sportswear and fabulous accessories for women and men. The Michael Kors brand is known for polished, chic and sophisticated designs.
Slated to open in May, Love Culture will offer shoppers fashion forward clothing, accessories and shoes at affordable prices. The 12,0000 square-foot store is targeted toward young women who have a passion for hip, trendy and stylish fashion. Love Culture is located between Williams-Sonoma Grande Cuisine and Brookstone.
LoveSac, an alternative furniture company will open at The Falls in May, offering a variety of bean bag chairs, couches, pillows and much more. Located in Center Court, next to Pandora, this store will be the first in Florida.
Soma Intimates, the well-known retailer offering supremely comfortable, high quality bras, panties, sleepwear and activewear in a welcoming environment is relocating to a brand new 2,400 square foot space next to Lucky Brand in the east side of the Shopping Center. Soma Intimates currently operates more than 150 boutiques, and conducts clearance sales through 16 outlets.
Just in time for the summer, Swim N ‘Sport is relocating to a new space, next to Papyrus, and expects to open in June. The popular swimwear store for women, specializing in swimwear separates, monokinis, tankinis, D cups fits and beach accessories, will feature a variety of designer swimwear collections.
Traffic is also relocating within the Center to a new space next to bebe and is expected to open in late May. This popular retailer offers hundreds of new, exciting and trendy shoe styles from around the world at the most incredible prices. With more than 45 locations on the east coast, Traffic features the newest designer inspired merchandise to fill your closet and not empty your wallet.
Victoria’s Secret, the iconic destination store featuring chic women's sleepwear, lingerie and beauty products, is expanding their current location by Zale’s Jewelers, and will remain open during the expansion. The Falls’ store is one of more than 1,000 stores, offering an extensive selection of bras, panties, sleepwear, hosiery and more. The shopping experience at The Falls will be further enhanced by more delicious dining options such as Corner Bakery Café, opening in June and Red Robin, opening in April.
Additionally, The Falls recently announced the addition of a new American Girl experiential retail store, slated to open in the Fall of 2012. The nearly 16,000-square-foot American Girl store will be located on the east side of the shopping center, adjacent to Bloomingdale’s. It will be the first American Girl store in Florida.
