Desperate Housewives Eva Longoria Parker and CSI: Miami star Sofia Milos know a thing or two about driving in traffic-ridden Miami.

Last year, the sexy stars participated in Miami's portion of Rally for Kids with Cancer, a national fundraiser and scavenger hunt that heads to the streets and pairs celebs with local residents and their cars.

The hot duo will compete again in this year's rally, which takes place Nov. 12-13 at the Eden Roc and throughout South Beach and downtown Miami.

They will be joined by friends Adam Rodríguez, Bai Ling, Bridget Marqaurt, Eric Roberts, Ernie Hudson, Eva La Rue, Gilles Marini, Greg Vaughn, Jason Kennedy, Jessie Camacho, Joanna Krupa, Maria Conchita Alonso, Matt Gross, Patrick Kilpatrick, Robin Antin, Shauna Sand Lamas and Winsor Harmon.

Longoria Parker, who won last year with teammate and friend JR Ridinger, says you don't have to have big bucks to team up with your favorite star. "Last year, there was a 14-year-old girl in L.A. who raised the money through her school and Facebook."

The minimum to sponsor a celeb is $25,000 -- and you need transportation. "It sounds like a lot, but you'd be amazed how much people will want to give."

Participants in the rally will spend about two days exploring Miami with their celeb of choice. "Plus, [Gilles] Marini will be there, and he's a real "stud,"'' joked Milos.

The money raised benefits the Jackson Memorial Foundation, IKF Wonderfund and Holtz Children's Hospital. A pit stop at the hospital gives teammates a chance to meet patients and their families, including four children waiting for a bone marrow transplant. "Being involved with the kids, seeing their faces and hearing their stories is so heartbreaking," Longoria Parker said. "But at the same time, it's also inspiring to see their hope and strength."

When she's not rallying for kids, Longoria Parker is gearing up for season 7 of Housewives.

"It's one of my favorite seasons. The writing has been amazing."

Her new co-star Vanessa Williams "melted right in, without skipping a beat. Megan Fox's husband Brian Austin Green has joined the show as a cougar line with Marcia Cross."

But what about her character, Gabrielle Solis?

"I have a lot of obstacles regarding my children. It's provided for comedic opportunity but also some heart-tugging decisions that have to be made."
