Thursday is Spanish night at Mayfair Hotel & Spa. Every week from 6-10pm, the hotel brings paella cooked over an open fire ($5 per plate), hot & cold tapas, cocktails, Spanish wines and acoustic guitar sounds to the rooftop pool & cabana lounge. On Fridays, the Grove hotel launches a Rooftop Rendezvous from 6-10pm featuring a DJ and special bar bites menu. The happy hours begin Thursday, March 8 and are scheduled to run through the summer (exact ending date TBD)
