Wind down your week with a bit of delicious do-gooding. Tomorrow night (Thursday, Oct 25) is the March of Dimes Signature Chefs Auction at the Eden Roc Miami Beach. Invest $250 and mingle with Miami's top culinary talent, including chef chair Timon Balloo (Sugarcane, pictured), Paula DaSilva (Eden Roc), Timo (Tim Andriola), Cindy Hutson (Ortanique on the Mile) and Cesar Zapata (The Fed). The evening begins with a 6:30pm "meet the chefs" reception and follows with free flowing food & drink. Proceeds benefit the March of Dimes Florida. Buy tickets online.
