Continue to be amazed at how the chefs enjoy mingling with their fans with ease and no worries. Tyler was standing outside his booth, greeting people. There was Al Roker handing out sausage from his booth. Giada, preggo and all, was out there doing the same.

Maybe it was the great music from the DJ – a mix of favorites you could sing to from the late 70s and early 80s – that had everyone in a great mood. (Maybe it was all the champagne, too.)

“Miami is the place where you step off the airplane and all your worries wash away,” Tyler told us. “To me Miami is a very special place and I don’t get down here quite enough.”
