Parisian eats arrive at the Atlantic Resort & Spa beginning Oct 27 as the East End Brasserie opens at the Fort Lauderdale Hotel. Executive chef Steve Zobel (Manhattan's Triomphe) has created a menu combining moderately-priced Provencal dishes, a full raw bar and an artisanal cheese cart. Menu highlights include seasonal vegetable salad, Jambone de Bayonne, pan roasted sea scallops, mustard crusted pompano, filet mignon (pictured) and steak frites. East End Brasserie will serve breakfast & dinner and brunch Saturday & Sunday.
