Kick start spring 2013 with a bang as The Dutch hosts an equinox dinner Thursday, March 21. The five-course feast features early radish salad, jumbo white asparagus, ricotta gnudi, "spring chicken," and roast leg of spring lamb. $125 per person, additional $60 per person for wine pairings. 2201 Collins Ave, Miami Beach; 305-938-3095
