Doré brings "international cuisine" to South Beach Feb 4
1/29/2013
The South Beach restaurant empire expands Feb 4 as Doré opens on Collins Ave. Said to be "inspired by the senses," the 7,000-square foot space will blend a main dining area, rotunda lounge bar lounge and 40-person private dining room. Look for international cuisine like roasted bone marrow, chicken crepes, squid a la plancha, buccantini, tiger shrimp, gazpacho Andaluz and six-hour braised lamb shank. Top it off with a a decadent dessert bar featuring chocolate fondant, apple tarte tatin and raspberry allure. 1669 Collins Ave, Miami Beach; 305-695-8696
