Tetona Jackson, ironically, has a cold. She’s an ice skater and can’t exactly pamper herself in the workplace.

“It’s been a busy, hectic schedule the last few weeks,’’ admits a sniffly Jackson, who plays Princess Tiana in Disney on Ice’s Let’s Celebrate! The show is in South Florida through April 3. “We were in Canada, then St. Louis, so it’s nice to be in warm weather!’’

The L.A. native, 22, plans to grab some hot tea and Airborne when she slices onto the stage at the BankAtlantic Center and then AmericanAirlines Arena. She’ll need lots of energy for the peppy show that features more than 50 Disney characters — from Goofy and Buzz Lightyear to Jackson’s character, from the 2009 movie The Princess and the Frog.

The audience will want to rest up, too.

“The title , Let’s Celebrate, really gives it away,’’ explains Jackson. “We invite everyone to join in. It’s really interactive.’’

Other classic characters include Jack Skellington from Tim Burton’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, who spooks during the Halloween segment, and Minnie and Mickey, who get lovey dovey for Valentine’s Day.

The second half is when the real party starts, showing how various cultures ring in special occasions and holidays — cherry blossom season in Japan, Chinese New Year, Mardi Gras and Brazilian Carnival.

“There’s so much going on,’’ says Jackson, who has another part — that of role model.

“To be the first African-American princess is a huge thing, and I was nervous at first,’’ she says. “Trying to be all that, I wanted to make sure I did it correctly.’’

As for future goals, Jackson wouldn’t rule out a turn on Skating with the Stars (if there’s another season), which was choreographed by Disney on Ice’s Cindy Stuart.

“My mom’s favorite show is Dancing with the Stars, and she’s really pushing me to do something like that,’’ says Jackson, who first hit the ice at age 5. “So maybe. Skating is very close to me and something I grew up with.’’
