Dine for the Cure as the Fontainebleau goes pink in honor Breast Cancer Month. Throughout October, invest $45 and enjoy a three-course menu at Gotham Steak, Hakkasan and Scarpetta. Menu highlights include French onion soup & braised beef short-rib (Gotham), honey sea bass and stir-fried fresh lotus (Hakkasan) and creamy polenta and Mediterranean branzino (Scarpetta). Dine for the Cure dinner menus will be available Sunday-Thursday and a portion of their proceeds will be donated to the Susan G. Komen for the Cure. 4441 Collins Ave, Miami Beach; 877-326-7412
