Christina Aguilera is opening up about her now defunct marriage to Jordan Bratman to People.

``Things were so unhealthy and unhappy . . . I knew I had to end it,'' explains Aguilera, who was married to the music exec for almost five years. ``It wasn't good for us, and it wasn't good for [son] Max to witness our arguments.''

After shooting Burlesque, Aguilera admitted she felt things ``stirring inside her.''

Interesting -- she is now with Matthew Rutler, a P.A. she met on the set.

OH NO, J.LO

Jennifer Lopez

's brief marriage to Ojani Noa is still coming back to haunt her.

Noa's agent, Ed Meyer, told RadarOnline his client has uncovered old videotapes of Lopez exposing herself in public. Lopez is allegedly seen riding a scooter in Cuba, ``with her privates in as plain view as Paris Hilton, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan have in the past,'' Meyer told the site.

BAD BOYS

Grammy nominations went to a lot of 2010's top sellers, but not all musicians behaved well this year. Case in point: Rebel rapper Eminem was the leading nominee with 10 nods.

The person with the second-leading tally, Bruno Mars with seven, was arrested in Las Vegas in a cocaine-possession case. And the song he co-wrote, and which was nominated for record of the year, is so offensive its title can't even be printed here.

WHAT'S WRONG?

Aretha Franklin

is undergoing surgery for an unknown medical condition, according to widespread media reports.

We're not sure if it's related, but in August, Franklin had to cancel dates with Condoleezza Rice on their joint tour after breaking two ribs in a fall.

BRIT: NO BEATING

After a Star article said Britney Spears told ex-husband Jason Alexander that she was abused by her boyfriend, Jason Trawick, the pop star posted a statement on her site. The singer said ``every aspect of the story [is] completely and utterly false.''

Word is the tape was doctored electronically.

THIN IS IN

So much for not rewarding anorexic tendencies: Ann Ward has won America's Next Top Model. The six-foot-two Texan, 19, stirred controversy before the season even aired due to a promo clip showing one of the judges, Miss J Alexander, wrapping his hands around her teeny waist.

Tyra Banks later apologized for the clip.
