Designer Debuts Collection in Miami Beach Saturday

Designer Meghan Walsh is all about relaxed sophistication. Known best for fusing Indian traditional clothing like a sari with 1920s flapper like silhouettes, Walsh is an expert at marrying both cultures and presenting them in a way suitable for the modern day woman.

This Saturday, she presents her Blank Silk spring and fall collections at the Perry Hotel in Miami Beach. The runway show takes place at 8:30 p.m on the hotel’s rooftop. Her spring collection features sheer chiffons, cut out details and lingerie pieces while fall explores menswear more with tuxedo like elements  and luscious silks. Expect to see lots of daytime separates, cocktail appropriate garbs and black tie worthy gowns.
