Sugarcane's Timon Balloo has lots of friends. One of them is fellow James Beard nominee and 3030 Ocean chef James Dean Max, who will join Balloo at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, May 21st for the latest installment of his Dinner With Friends. Both chefs will prepare two to three courses paired with beer or wine and will present to the group of 14 people each dish in the restaurant's private dining area. The dinner costs $110 and tickets go on sale on May 10th at 10a.m. To reserve your spot, send an email to sugarcane@sushisamba.com.
