South Floridians love gourmet bites and a great scene. Expect both at db Bistro Moderne. Opening next week (Nov 16) in the new JW Marriott Marquis, the (much buzzed-about) restaurant marks celeb chef Daniel Boulud’s first foray into Miami (he operates a Café Boulod in Palm Beach). The menu features seasonal dishes crafted from American ingredients using French techniques. The classic example being Bouloud’s signature db burger – a ground Angus patty stuffed with braised short ribs, foie gras & black truffles then served on a Parmesan bun. Other menu items include tuna crudo, Maine lobster salad, tomato-braised bacalao, pompano and a lamb duo. Expect big things – from the food, the space and the crowd. Our First Look coming soon.
