Weston welcomes a fresh bite of Italian this month as D’Angelo Pizza ▪ Wine Bar ▪ Tapas opens in Weston Monday (Jan 21). Angelo Elia (Casa D’Angelo) is bringing all the Tuscan favorites - small plates, pizza and wine. Look for fresh, seasonable ingredients in tapas, ceviches, paninis, pastas, cheeses, charcuterie & housemade gelato. Signature dishes include creamy burrata cheese over arugula and figs, veal and pecorino cheese meatballs (pictured), arancini, the sorrentina pizza (burrata, eggplant, fresh tomato and basil oil) and wood-oven baked spinach gnocchi with four cheeses.
