‘Tis the season for romance, and while dinner and roses are a great way to impress your valentine, it’s also suitable to say “I love you” with a cocktail. The two following cocktails from RA Sushi in South Miami and Morton’s restaurant in Fort Lauderdale will have you scrambling to make a reservation just to have a sip. From the chocolate drizzles in RA Sushi’s French Kiss, to the raspberry notes in Morton’s Raspberry Valentine, your date will positively melt after having her first taste.
French Kiss
Prepare a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Add ¾ ounces of Godiva White Chocolate liqueur
Add ¾ ounces of Godiva Dark Chocolate liqueur
Add ½ an ounce of Ketel One Vodka
Add ½ an ounce of Captain Morgan
Add ¾ ounces of Chambord
Shake and strain into a chilled martini glass drizzled with chocolate sauce
Garnish with a fresh strawberry

Valentine Crush
Prepare a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Add 1 ounce of Absolut Citron
Add ¼ ounces of Grand Marnier
Add ½ an ounce of Raspberry puree
Shake
Pour into a chilled champagne flute
Top off with 3 ounces of Segura Vidas Sparkling Wine
