Stop by for a coal-oven pizza with a waterfront view, or enjoy a cocktail during the spot’s weekday happy hour from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. Once you take a sip of their juicy Strawberry Mojito – which tastes as if you were biting into the ripe fruit – you’ll be eager for seconds.

RACKS Strawberry Mojito
Muddle five mint leaves into the bottom of a cocktail shaker
Fill shaker with ice
Add 1 ounce of fresh strawberry juice
Add ½ an ounce of Lime juice
Add 1 ½ ounces of Flor de Caña rum
Shake softly
Strain and serve into a highball glass
Garnish with cane sugar stick and fresh strawberry

RACKS Cucumber Gintini
Prepare a cocktail shaker filled with ice
Add 1 ounce of fresh cucumber juice
Add ½ an ounce of lime juice
Add 1½ ounces of Flor de Caña rum
Add a splash of olive juice
Shake vigorously
Strain into a chilled martini glass
Garnish with a cucumber slice
